Been a while since I’ve been back and yes, I’ve been slacking to post it on my blog. ;) But here goes…

Yay, after some hardware issues my blog’s back.

Zero had a corrupt reiserfs. Decommissioned the old P4 and replaced by a brand new dual Xeon. Running Xen and Debian instead of Gentoo.

And shortly there after Four (the server that hosts this VM), the Ubuntu host with Xen refused to start its networking, so I decided to start a fresh install (Debian as well this time).

One, who also had a broken hard disk (an old P3) got decommed as well.

Boarding my flight to Hong Kong. And then Tibet. And stuff.

I’m selling my Guruplug Display as it’s underperforming for what I want it to be doing.

The 720p resolution doesn’t cut it, and it’s generally too slow and unstable to be used in a professional environment (although, I guess, at home it’d be fine).

It’s been flashed with Debian Squeeze and has some iRail specific apps running on it (which will be deleted). You can download the stock fs from plugcomputer.org.

I’m selling my Pandaboard* board. Never used.

Selling because I could use some cash and I do not have the time (or any particular use) for it anymore. It was a dev project for a project of mine.

We have made an incredible mistake.

The community of iRail has always been about being open and transparent. The board, Christophe, Yeri and Pieter, have never kept something from the mailing list and never has anything been left undiscussed on one of our meetings. This was true until June and I hope this post will help to understand our conformist actions which we now regret.
