Seasoning (>10 hours before cooking):

  1. Chop the onions in thin slices
  2. Season the pork with Char Siu sauce and put in a cooking bowl
  3. Add the sugar, onions, garlic and rice wine to the pork in the cooking bowl
  4. Make sure the meat is fully covered by the sauce
  5. Put in the fridge overnight

  1. Preheat oven at 160°C
  2. Separate the meat from the sauce and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes
  3. Be sure to not overcook it or Candy will be unhappy
  4. After it’s cooked, brush some honey on both sides of the meat
  5. Set the oven at 180°C Grill and put the meat in again for 5 minutes
  6. Remove the meat, and slice it in thin pieces
  7. Serve with some rice and vegetables

Optional: Seasoning sauce (in case you like more sauce like Yeri):

  1. Heat the sauce (with the garlic and onion) with a bit of water in a small pan
  2. Serve the sauce with the rice and meat
